Description: A fusion of Latin and international music/dance themes that create a dynamic, exciting workout! Based on interval training, Zumba is a mixture of body sculpting movements and easy-to-follow dance steps.

Description: An athletic cardio dance fitness program that unites world beats with urban flavor. The music will take you around the world, from old school hip hop to Bollywood, with an intense athletic cardio workout.
