Ticketing Information

Please note that the KFC Yum! Center Box Office will be closed on Monday, May 26 in observance of Memorial Day. 

Tickets may be purchased at the KFC Yum! Center Ticket Office during operating hours. We are NOT able to sell tickets by phone.

Monday: 10 AM – 4 PM
Wednesday: 10 AM – 4 PM
Friday: 10 AM – 4 PM

The ticket office is closed all other days, except for when a show is scheduled to go on sale or when there is a ticketed event at the venue. Except in the case of early morning showtimes and Louisville Athletics events, the ticket office will open at 10 AM for events on Monday-Saturday and at noon for Sunday events. The ticket office will open one hour before each Louisville Athletics event. The ticket office will remain open until after the show begins on event days.

The KFC Yum! Center’s Official Ticketing Service Provider is Ticketmaster. Some events may use AXS ticketing and tickets will not be available on ticketmaster.com. Shows using AXS ticketing will be identified on the event pages. 

Louisville Men's & Women's Basketball

The ticket office will open at the same time as doors open for Louisville Athletics events and will remain open until halftime. Doors open 60 minutes before most Louisville Men’s and Women’s Basketball games. Earlier door times will be listed on the game's event page.

Ticketmaster & Mobile Entry

The KFC Yum! Center’s Official Ticketing Service Provider is Ticketmaster.

Visit the Ticketmaster Help Center for more assistance with your Ticketmaster tickets.

Please have your ticket downloaded prior to arriving at the KFC Yum! Center to prevent entry delays. Note: If mobile entry isn’t available for your event, you’ll see a “This is not your ticket” message and your method of delivery.

AXS Ticketing & Mobile ID

Some events may use AXS ticketing and tickets will not be available on ticketmaster.com.

Accessing Your AXS Tickets: AXS Mobile ID is a digital ticket you use with your phone. This revolving QR code resets every 60 seconds to ensure the most secure ticketing experience for fans.

Do I need the AXS app to access my tickets? 
Yes. Their patented AXS Mobile ID is the most secure form of ticketing on the market and ensures our fans have a trusted experience. Because of its unique design, the AXS Mobile ID cannot be sent through a standard email, so they use the AXS App to host this technology.

The AXS app can be downloaded from the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. 

How can I see my AXS Mobile ID?
After you log into the AXS app, you can pull up your AXS Mobile ID in a few different ways. Tapping the ticket icon in the bottom menu will automatically pull up your AXS Mobile ID or show you a list of your upcoming events which you can select individually. You can also tap the middle icon in the bottom menu to view your AXS Mobile ID.

Fan Club & VIP

Fans who have purchased Fan Club or VIP tickets may get information from the show regarding different entry procedures. Fans should receive an email from the VIP provider a few days before the event with information about entry procedures and the distribution of merchandise. Please refer to your point of purchase for additional information or customer support contact information for the VIP provider.

Payment

VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and cash are accepted forms of payment. All tickets are subject to availability.

If paying with a credit/debit card at the window, we must see a valid driver’s license or another form of photo identification that matches the name on the card. We’re unable to process someone else’s card that doesn’t match the name of the person we're selling tickets to at the window.

The KFC Yum! Center ticket office does not accept Apple Pay, Google Pay, or any other electronic method that involves using a cellphone.

Purchasing From Unauthorized Ticketing Outlets

Please be aware that if you don’t buy your tickets from Ticketmaster or another authorized outlet, you run the risk of being refused entry to the venue or not getting any refund if the event is canceled or postponed. If you choose not to use an unauthorized ticketing service and are unsure of the legitimacy of a ticket outlet, we suggest you check the official artist website, promoter website, or the kfcyumcenter.com event page.

Refunds

Once tickets are purchased, the ticket office DOES NOT offer refunds or exchanges unless specific event policy or artist changes are made.

Will Call

Ticketmaster “will call” tickets can be picked up at the KFC Yum! Center ticket office window on the day of the show starting at 10 AM. Please be sure to have a photo ID to pick up your tickets. Tickets will only be released to the person whose name is listed on the order.

Please note that most VIP, Fan Club, and reviewer will call tickets cannot be picked up until show day. Most VIP will call can’t be picked up at the box office and must be picked up at the VIP check in table. Please contact the point of purchase if you have questions about availability.
