Accessible parking is available in the Second Street Garage under the arena. Only guests who display a disability placard or a disability license plate will be permitted to park in an accessible parking spot. The spaces are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. The KFC Yum! Center also has a drop-off area in front of the arena close to the main entrance.

Galt House Hotel and the PARC-operated garage located at the KFC Yum! Center are the two parking facilities that allow for direct interior access to the KFC Yum! Center and are ADA accessible. Patrons parking at the Galt House garage will enter the venue through the use of the Louie Link pedway system. Additional ADA-accessible parking is available in a variety of parking garages, street lots, and on-street parking near the KFC Yum! Center. Please to visit the Parking page for more information.

To enable guests with sensory sensitivities or challenges to more fully enjoy events at KFC Yum! Center, the arena will provide sensory bags equipped with noise-canceling headphones, fidget tools, verbal cue cards, and weighted lap pads. These items are available now at the Fan Assistance booths. We also have a sensory-friendly quiet space that will be available during all events for patrons located behind section 112 on the main concourse.

Disabled or elderly patrons that need an ADA-accessible entrance may utilize the drop-off area in front of the KFC Yum! Center on Main Street between Second and Third Streets. Patrons will be able to access the main entrance to the facility with the use of the ramps on the Pepsi Plaza.

Accessible restrooms are located throughout the Arena. Restrooms are accessible in accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act. There are also accessible family restrooms located throughout the Arena.

Courtesy Assisted Listening Devices are available for all of our upcoming shows. To reserve an assisted listening device please contact the box office at 502-690-9090 at least a day one day before the concert. Once you arrive at the KFC Yum! Center visit Fan Assist on the main concourse to check out your assisted listening device. A photo ID is required as collateral for using the assisted listening device. The ID will be exchanged back for the device when returned.

In partnership with the American Printing House for the Blind, visually impaired guests can now navigate the KFC Yum! Center without assistance. Guests who require wheelchair-accessible seating or accessible services while in a luxury suite or premium space are encouraged to contact their premium services contact with as much advance notice as possible.

Sign Interpreters are available upon request to those who require such services. Guests who require such services are encouraged to contact the KFC Yum! Center before purchasing their tickets at least two weeks prior to the event by calling 502-690-9090. Required seating accommodations for the guest and the interpreter are provided on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to availability, and are not guaranteed.

The KFC Yum! Center is certified sensory inclusive and has partnered with KultureCity to provide sensory bags or a dedicated sensory room for guests attending events. Please visit Fan Assist on the main concourse to check out a bag. Sensory bags include noise-canceling headphones, fidget tools, verbal cue cards, and weighted lap pads. They are available to all guests at the arena, who may feel overwhelmed by the environment.

Pets are not permitted at the KFC Yum! Center. Guests with a disability who are assisted by a service dog may bring the service dog as permitted by the ADA. Guests who require assistance from their service dog while at the arena are encouraged to call the box office at 502-690-9090 in advance to confirm seating locations or seat relocations.

The KFC Yum! center provides wheelchair-accessible and companion seating on each level of the arena, including the floor when the event offers floor seats. Guests who require wheelchair-accessible and companion seating are encouraged to purchase wheelchair-accessible tickets as soon as possible. Requests by guests with a disability who have tickets to non-wheelchair-accessible seats to relocate to wheelchair-accessible seating locations will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis and subject to availability. Event-day relocations to wheelchair-accessible seats are not guaranteed.
