Traffic Advisory for October 18

Anyone arriving downtown on Oct. 18 before 8:30 a.m. via I-64 using the River Road / 3rd Street ramp will be able to access Third Street. They should turn on their flashers so traffic control officers know to allow them to cross River Road.
 
Any guest who arrives after 8:30 a.m. via I-64 using the River Road / 3rd Street ramp will be required to turn right onto River Road to 8th Street. You will head south on 8th Street to Chestnut Street; head east to 2nd Street back to Main Street, which will be now be open. Once you are on Main Street, you will have access to any of the parking garages.
 
It may be less congested to take the 9th Street exit off of I-64 and then follow the same route as above (Chestnut to 2nd to Main).

Parking

The KFC Yum! Center offers a multi-level garage parking under the facility operated by the Parking Authority of River City (PARC). However, there are more than 21,000 parking spaces are available within five blocks of the arena. This includes more than 19,000 spaces at parking garages and surface lots and more than 2,200 on-street parking spaces.
