Whether you are planning a corporate meeting, a pre-show reception, or a formal dinner, Sodexo Live! offers a variety of options to accommodate your needs. After booking your event at the arena, our event coordinator will connect you with Sodexo Live! to arrange your food and beverage service.

Bag and Purse Policy

All bags are subject to search upon entering the arena. Backpacks of any kind, including drawstring, fanny packs, computer bags, and camera bags are prohibited. Please plan accordingly to help facilitate a quick and efficient entry process. Please report suspicious bags to a KFC Yum! Center team member.

Bags no larger than 14" x 14" x 6" will be allowed into the arena for events.

Medical and parenting bags are permitted and subject to search.

Cashless Venue

The KFC Yum! Center is a cashless venue. All major debit and credit cards are accepted at concession and merchandise locations within the facility. Contactless transactions can also be made using Apple Pay, Samsung Pay, and Google Pay.

Mobile Ticketing

When your event is Mobile only, or you selected Mobile Entry at checkout - your mobile phone is your ticket.

We highly recommend fans with pre-download mobile to your phone's wallet prior to arriving to the KFC Yum! Center to avoid delays upon entry.

Door Policy

Doors open at varying times according to the nature of the event and the preference of the promoter/artist. The door time can be found on the event page for your event.

No re-entry is permitted during events.

All guests will be required to pass through metal detectors upon entry to the building.

Parking

The KFC Yum! Center has a convenient multi-level garage located under the facility operated by PARC. There are also many other parking options in the surrounding area including surface lots and street parking all within walking distance to the arena.
