The KFC Yum! Center is fully equipped with ADA Accessibility entrances and seating. Any patron who requires hearing or vision assisted seating may contact the KFC Yum! Center Ticket Office at (502) 690-9090. Wheelchair/mobility accessible seating may be purchased in person at the KFC Yum! Center box office. Otherwise it must be purchased through Ticketmaster.com. Guests that require ADA Accessibility Seating must request this at the time of ticket purchase.

Disabled or elderly patrons that need an ADA accessible entrance may utilize the drop-off area in front of the KFC Yum! Center on Main St. between Second and Third Streets. Patrons will be able to access the main entrance to the facility with the use of the ramps on the Pepsi Plaza.

Galt House Hotel and the PARC-operated garage located at the KFC Yum! Center are the two parking facilities that allow for direct interior access to the KFC Yum! Center and are ADA accessible. Patrons parking at the Galt House garage will enter the venue through use of the skywalk. Additional ADA accessible parking is available in a variety of parking garages, street lots, and on-street parking near the KFC Yum! Center. Navigation for the Visually Impaired
In partnership with the American Printing House for the Blind, visually impaired guests can now navigate the KFC Yum! Center without assistance. Certified Sensory Inclusive
After the arena's staff received training by leading medical professionals, the KFC Yum! Center was certified Sensory Inclusive by KultureCity in Fall 2018. To enable guests with sensory sensitivities or challenges to more fully enjoy events at KFC Yum! Center, the arena will provide sensory bags equipped with noise-canceling headphones, fidget tools, verbal cue cards, and weighted lap pads. These items are available now at the Fan Assistance booths. We also have a sensory-friendly quiet space that will be available during all events for patrons located behind section 112 on the main concourse.

All guests entering the KFC Yum! Center must have a valid event ticket to gain admission. For events with printed tickets, guests should retain their ticket stubs in order to verify proper seat location. Re-entry to the arena is prohibited.

Please allow extra time for security procedures when entering the KFC Yum! Center. All guests will be required to pass through a metal detector upon entry to the building.

Alcohol is only served to persons over the age of 21 with a valid ID. Sodexo Live!, the official concession provider of the facility, has a limit of two (2) drinks per person per purchase. No outside alcohol is permitted inside the facility.

All bags are subject to search upon entering the arena. Backpacks of any kind, including drawstring, fanny packs, computer bags, and camera bags are prohibited. Please plan accordingly to help facilitate a quick and efficient entry process. Please report suspicious bags to a KFC Yum! Center team member.

Bags no larger than 14" x 14" x 6" will be allowed into the arena for events.

Medical and parenting bags are permitted and subject to search.

Signs which are hand-held and no greater than 11" x 17" in size are allowed at most events. Signs may not be hung or fastened anywhere in the arena. Small signs should not be commercial or obscene in nature or cause any disturbance to other fans. The KFC Yum! Center reserves the right to remove any banner at any time.

The use of still cameras during concerts and events is determined by the artist/event; please contact KFC Yum! Center for specific event policies (502) 690-9000.

Professional cameras, iPads, tablets, camcorder/Go Pro recording devices, and selfie sticks are prohibited at all events.

The KFC Yum! Center is a cashless venue. All major debit and credit cards are accepted at concession and merchandise locations within the facility. Contactless transactions can also be made using Apple Pay, Samsung Pay, and Google Pay. 

There is a Cardinal Authentic Store located in the lobby of the KFC Yum! Center that carries official Louisville Athletics gear. The store is open Monday through Friday from 11 a.m. – 4 p.m, and during all Louisville Athletics events held at the KFC Yum! Center.

Sodexo Live! manages all catering needs at the KFC Yum! Center. Whether you are planning a corporate meeting, a pre-show reception, or a formal dinner, Sodexo Live! offers a variety of options to accommodate your needs. After booking your event at the arena, our event coordinator will connect you with Sodexo Live! to arrange your food and beverage service.

The KFC Yum! Center has more than 170 permanent and portable points of concessions that offer something for everyone’s taste. See a full list of our Arena Food & Beverage.

Doors open at varying times according to the nature of the event and the preference of the promoter/artist. Typically, doors will open 60 to 90 minutes before an event. There is no re-entry during events.

For Louisville Men's and Women's Basketball games, the doors will open 60-minutes before tip-off. 

Guests not abiding by the Guest Code of Conduct are subject to ejection without refund from the KFC Yum! Center.

KFC Yum! Center staff members have been trained in emergency preparedness and evacuation procedures. In the event of an emergency, please follow the direction of arena staff for your safety and the safety of others.

First Aid is located on the Main Concourse’s south-west corner by section 103 and the Upper Concourse’s south-west corner by section 304.

The KFC Yum! Center has several entrances. Some entrances could be closed depending on event needs. VIP, Suite, Media, and General Admission ticket holders will have specific entrances for most events.

• Second street entrance (2nd and Main Street - (Suite-only entrance during concerts. Media and suite entrance during Louisville Athletics events.)

The KFC Yum! Center offers a variety of event spaces that accommodate the needs of a small business meeting, to a wedding, to a large-scale concert. If you would like to host a business meeting or special event at our arena, please visit our booking page.

Family restrooms are located in every corner of Main and Upper Concourses. These restrooms offer baby changing facilities.

Fan Assist (guest service) has two locations in the KFC Yum! Center (Box Office in the main lobby and on the Main Concourse Level) to assist patrons regarding general inquiries, seating questions, ticketing issues, accessible needs and assistance and information on future events. Fan Assist is open when the doors officially open for an event until the show’s main act takes the stage.

Guest Services staff including greeters, ushers, ticket takers, and security is available to assist patrons with general inquiries throughout the duration of an event.

During Louisville Athletic events, no firearms are permitted inside the venue.

During all other events, firearms may be restricted at the discretion of the individual promoter. To find out the firearms policy for a specific show, please call the KFC Yum! Center at 502-690-9000 on the day of the show.

Guest Code of Conduct

• Guests shall be respectful of all other guests, arena staff, performers, participants, officials, and arena property.
• Guests shall follow the direction/instructions of KFC Yum! Center staff.
• Guests shall refrain from using threatening or abusive language or making obscene gestures.
• Guests shall refrain from throwing objects.
• Guests shall refrain from fighting, taunting, assaulting, or any other unwanted physical contact.  Guests will refrain from any other behavior that will interfere with guests’ ability to enjoy the event or staff’s ability to work.
• Guests shall not enter the playing or performance area or interfere with an event in any manner.
• Guests are prohibited from standing on seats and standing/sitting on other guests’ shoulders.
• Guests consuming alcoholic beverages will do so in a legal and responsible manner.
• Guests are not permitted to smoke, including vaping and e-cigarettes, inside the KFC Yum! Center.
• Guests are not permitted to engage in unsanctioned commercial activity while on the KFC Yum! Center premises.
• Any other conduct deemed by KFC Yum! Center staff to be inappropriate to the peace and good order of events or which may adversely affect the safety of persons or property will be handled immediately by our staff and may result in an ejection.
• Guests who fail to comply with the KFC Yum! Center code of conduct are subject to immediate ejection.

The Kentucky Athletic Hall of Fame display at the KFC Yum! Center honors the accomplishments of athletes from across the Commonwealth with a display on the east and west sides of the Main Concourse. The display’s nine panels showcase the Hall of Fame athletes in various sports as well as coaches, contributors, and icons of the Bluegrass State. Those highlighted throughout the display include Denny Crum, Hillerich & Bradsby, Muhammad Ali, Adolph Rupp, Phil Simms, Dan Issel, Tom Jurich, Paul “Bear” Bryant, Pat Day, Tori Murden-McClure, and many others. Items found before, during, or after an event may be given to the KFC Yum! Center Security Office. During an event, please visit Fan Assist to inquire about lost items. Patrons may also contact the facility at (502) 690-9000 to inquire about lost items. The KFC Yum! Center and its staff are not responsible for lost or stolen items. Lost items not claimed within 30 days are donated to local charities.

The paging of patrons inside the KFC Yum! Center is not permitted during concerts, shows and other events at the facility. Please alert KFC Yum! Center guest services if a member of your party is lost during an event.

Louisville Athletics merchandise is available at the Cardinal Authentic Store located in the lobby and the team store located in the main concourse behind section 119.

Event merchandise is provided by individual shows and concerts. Merchandise stands vary by show but are typically located at the top of the escalators on the Main Concourse and in the Rabbit Hole Lounge on the Main Concourse. For shows with 300-level seating, an additional stand may be located on the Upper Concourse.

Nursing Mother Rooms are located on the Main Concourse and Upper Concourse. A KFC Yum! Center Arena team member can help direct you to the closest location.

The KFC Yum! Center has a convenient multi-level garage located under the facility operated by PARC. Guests can pre-pay for parking online to reserve a spot in the arena garage. There are also many other parking options in the surrounding area.

The following items are not permitted inside the KFC Yum! Center:

• Large Umbrellas are prohibited. Small umbrellas that are kept inside a purse will be permitted.

KFC Yum! Center management reserves the right to prohibit any item from entering the premises. All patrons and their belongings are subject to search prior to entry or once inside the building.

TARC buses will give patrons close access to the KFC Yum! Center. Visit TARC to plan your next trip to the arena and help reduce your carbon footprint.

For the safety of our patrons, re-entry is strictly prohibited.

Recycling receptacles are located throughout the arena.

The KFC Yum! Center has restrooms conveniently located throughout the arena. Staff members can help direct you to the closest location from your seats.

The KFC Yum! Center utilizes a staff of security officers and police officers in and around the facility, as well as video technology to enhance the safety and security of our guests, clients, and employees. The arena is staffed to meet the needs of the crowd as well as the requirements of the client.

If you see suspicious activity, please report it to the nearest venue staff or law enforcement.

Suspicious circumstances/activities include but are not limited to:

1. Backpack, suitcase, briefcase or package left behind or unattended
2. Strangers asking questions about structures or security procedures
3. Unusual chemical smells, fumes or smoke that worry you
4. Unauthorized cars, vans or trucks left in no-parking zones near important buildings
5. Overheard threatening conversations discussing violence, bombs, guns, etc.
6. Guests taking pictures of unusual things such as fuel storage, utilities, secure areas, and ID badges

Sensory Inclusive
KultureCity^® has once again partnered with the KFC Yum! Center to make this location and all its programs and events Sensory Inclusive^TM. To enable guests with sensory sensitivities the arena will provide sensory bags equipped with noise-canceling headphones, fidget tools, verbal cue cards, and weighted lap pads. These items are available at the Fan Assistance booth.

We also have a sensory-friendly quiet space that will be available during all events for patrons located behind section 112 on the main concourse.

The KFC Yum! Center is a non-smoking facility. We ask that all patrons refrain from smoking until after leaving your event.

Strollers are only permitted inside the KFC Yum! Center during family shows, and must be left near the entrance inside the lobby or in our designated stroller area.

Large umbrellas are not permitted inside the KFC Yum! Center. However, we do offer bins to store large umbrellas once you enter the arena. The KFC Yum! Center is not responsible for any lost or stolen large umbrellas. Small umbrellas that are kept inside a purse will be allowed.

The Louisville Hall of Honor is located in the main lobby of the KFC Yum! Center, the home to the Louisville Men’s and Women’s basketball programs. Featured in the Louisville Hall of Honor is a complete member listing of the Louisville Athletic Hall of Fame as well as an interactive display that offers biographical information and career highlights of each inductee. The history of the Louisville Men’s and Women’s Basketball programs are highlighted through various displays, memorabilia, and other artifacts, including the 1980 and 1986 NCAA Men’s National Championship trophies and the 2009 NCAA Women’s National Championship Runner-Up trophy.

Will Call is located at the KFC Yum! Center Ticket Office. Guests can pick up tickets from any open ticket window 60 minutes prior to event time. Some events may have restrictions or different times for pick up of VIP, fan club, band, and promoter will call.

The Will Call ticket window closes at varying times depending on the event. Guests needing to pick up Will Call tickets after the ticket window has closed must go to the main doors. VIP, fan club, band & promoter will call may not be available for late pickup.

Will call times and locations may vary for Louisville Athletics and NCAA events. When picking up tickets from will call, guests must have a valid picture ID or University of Louisville ID. Louisville Athletics will call ticketing windows are closed at the start of halftime. 

Wheelchairs are available on a first-come, first serve basis. Any Guest Services staff member can assist upon arrival.

Select comedy shows use Yondr pouches to create phone-free performance spaces. Information regarding the use Yondr will be listed on the show's event page.

• Upon arrival at the venue, phones will be secured in individual Yondr pouches that will be opened at the end of the event.
• Guests maintain possession of their devices at all times.
• Guests can access their devices throughout the event only in designated Phone Use Areas within the venue. All devices will be re-secured in Yondr pouches before returning to the performance space.
