The Premium Club entrance for Suite, Premium Box, and Premium Barstools ticket holders is located on the east side of the arena, accessible from 2nd Street.

Doors will open 60 before the event. You will receive a Know Before You Go email with important show details.

NO bags larger than 14" x 14" x 6" are permitted inside the KFC Yum! Center (diaper bags and medical bags subject to search upon entry)

No smoking or re-entry allowed

TVs inside the suite will not be available for use at the request of the show

If you have not placed a catering pre-order, Sodexo Live! offers an Event Day menu of freshly prepared items. The Event Day menu is available until the beginning of intermission during events. Last call for beverages from the Event Day menu is 30 minutes before the event ends. Food and beverage orders can be placed via the QR code or through the Suite Attendant.

Food and beverages can be purchased individually at the bars, bar carts, and concession stands located on Suite Level 2.

The KFC Yum! Center is a cashless venue. All major debit and credit cards are accepted at concession and merchandise locations within the facility. 

Outside food and beverages are prohibited. 

The KFC Yum! Center features a multi-level parking garage located directly beneath the facility, operated by the Parking Authority of River City (PARC). 

Parking is available in-person upon arriving at the KFC Yum! Center.
