Yondr - What to Expect
Upon arrival at the venue, all phones, smart glasses, smartwatches, cameras, earbuds, and any other devices capable of recording audio or video will be secured in a Yondr pouch.
After going through security, a team member will scan your ticket and you'll be given a "receipt" with your seat location. Tickets DO NOT need to be printed in advance.
Guests maintain possession of the Yondr pouch with their devices at all times, and can access them throughout the event only in designated Phone Use Areas within the venue. All devices will be re-secured in Yondr pouches before returning to the performance space.
Use of recording-capable devices during the performance is prohibited and will result in immediate ejection without a refund.
Team members will be located at all exit points to unlock the Yondr pouch when the event is over.
All pouches and equipment are routinely sanitized. The Yondr staff is trained and required to follow safety guidelines and hygiene protocols.
Cashless Venue
All concession and merchandise locations are cashless. Mobile payment methods will be unavailable due to the use of Yondr. Please bring a physical credit or debit card for purchases.
