Diaper bags of all sizes are permitted. All other bags must follow our standard bag policy and be no larger than 14" x 14" x 6".

Medical bags are permitted. All bags are subject to be searched.

Littles are welcome to dress up as their favorite Disney characters! Adults are not permitted to wear masks or costumes.

All concession and merchandise locations are cashless. Mobile payment methods are accepted.

We highly recommend fans with pre-download mobile to your phone's wallet prior to arriving at the KFC Yum! Center to avoid delays upon entry.

Strollers are permitted but must be left in our designated stroller area upon entering the arena.

KultureCity® has partnered with the KFC Yum! Center to make this location and all its programs and events Sensory Inclusive. KultureCity® Sensory Bags are available to check out at Fan Assist, and a quiet room can be found across from Jackson Purchase Bar. 

The KFC Yum! Center now utilizes OPENGATE® to screen all guests upon entering the facility. Guests can simply walk through the OPENGATE® detection system with their belongings, including bags, without needing to remove items. If flagged, guests will be directed to a magnetometer for a secondary screening and bag check. 

Please note, small umbrellas and eyeglass cases will set off the OPENGATE®.

The KFC Yum! Center has a convenient multi-level garage located under the facility operated by PARC. There are also many other parking options in the surrounding area including surface lots and street parking all within walking distance to the arena.
